All PEF employees are Time Served Tradesmen with qualifications recognised by either the CFA (Contract Flooring Association), NAS or FITA (Flooring Industry Training Association), and or possess NVQ's for their particular skills. 80% of our Labour is in-house and are actively monitored/reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Having the right men is the key to our ongoing success. The same standards are applied to our Project Management Team. They have more than 120 years experience between them in the Flooring Trade and qualifications ranging from quantity surveying, construction law and estimation to project management and interior design. Many have also been working foremen prior to entering management.
